Chevrolet is bringing the Bolt back for a limited run as a 2027 model arriving in mid 2026. The new version moves to GM Ultium battery and motor technology, which brings DC fast-charging speeds roughly 2.5 times faster than the old car, with a GM-estimated 255 miles of range. It blends hatchback and crossover proportions with an efficiently packaged interior, and at 28,995 dollars including destination it is the least expensive new EV on sale.
